By using the Bazzar app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Bazzar lets you browse stores and restaurants and place orders with them. Products are provided by the stores, and each store is responsible for its products, prices and descriptions.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders and Payment

Prices and availability may change. An order is confirmed once accepted by the store. You agree to pay the full amount of your order, including any delivery fees shown before confirming.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case according to the order status. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, place fake orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bazzar is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
